Winter Dance Production

Vacation Dance Camps during School Vacation Weeks, Half and Full Day Options. Open to

Calling all children ages 3 & up! Each season, Drouin Dance Center presents a dance production of some of the most well know stories and books. From “The Wizard of Oz”, “Alice in Wonderland”, “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”, and “Happily Ever After: The Continued Stories of Frozen and Tangled” our productions provide a great experience and performance opportunity for all children and teens. No dance experience is necessary; all genres of dance and movement are part of the show.

Auditions & Rehearsals: Auditions are held in late September, with 30-45 minute rehearsals on Saturdays (typically every other Saturday in the fall months), weekly Saturday rehearsals early/Mid December through early January. Performance is on a Saturday afternoon, mid-January, at Westbrook Performing Arts Center.

Participation Fees: There is no fee for participation for any dancers enrolled in classes at Drouin Dance Center for the 2018-2019 season; there is a $60.00 participation fee for non-DDC students. All participants will be required to purchase a leotard and tights for the performance through Drouin Dance Center, and have the correct style/color for shoes for their role. Costumes will be provided for all roles by Drouin Dance Center, on loan for the dress rehearsal and performance. Tickets for the performance will be on sale online through Drouin Dance Center beginning December 1st.
